After 16 years of office work for a business here in Moses Lake, it was time for a change. My career in real estate began in 1997 and has kept me very busy ever since. My first year I earned the "Rookie of the Year Award" from the President's Council of Better Homes and Gardens. I have been a consistent Top Producer and earned my way into the Multi-Million Dollar Club. My areas of expertise range from sales of bare land, existing residential homes and helping buyers through the difficult building process.

My husband, Leonard, manufactures rodeo equipment and we own and manage a 12-unit apartment complex. I have two grown daughters, Lisa Tiani and Lori Moholt. I enjoy gardening and auctions. We like boating, fishing and walking with our dog Max.
