Hello, My name is Marian and I am a real estate agent, with Advantage GMAC Real Estate.  I have lived in Moses Lake for twenty-four years and have enjoyed the community, weather and all the wonderful activities that this area has to offer.

I am married to Jerry Heilig who has been a potato farmer here for all his life.  His father brought Jerry and his family here in the early 50’s and homesteaded the land that we are now on.  We are very involved with the farming community, Potato Marketing Association and various aspects of the raising and marketing of potatoes.

I enjoy trying to play golf, “key word trying”, some days are better than others!  I love to work outside in my flowers and dig in the dirt, take walks around our farm with my golden retriever, Samantha and looking at the beauty of nature.

I worked for U.S. Bank in Moses Lake for 21 years as a personal banker.  Which has given me a good understanding of the financial end of the business.  We have a great team here at Advantage GMAC who gives me support and help.  I will work hard in finding you the house of you dreams, or selling the house you have.  I am excited about my new career and given the opportunity I know I can help you with your needs.
